What we collect
We process personal data that you choose to provide and limited technical data needed to serve the site:
- Enquiry data — the name, company, email and details you submit through the contact form or send to trade@3fbtrade.com.
- Language detection — to select a display language, the site asks your browser to request your approximate country from a third-party service (ipwho.is). This request is made by your browser and carries your IP address to that provider.
- Web fonts — fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser's request to that service carries your IP address.
How we use it
Enquiry data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, to carry out counterparty due diligence and to manage any resulting commercial relationship. We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis and retention
We process enquiry data on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding to and documenting commercial enquiries, and where applicable to meet legal and compliance obligations. Data is retained no longer than necessary for those purposes.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact trade@3fbtrade.com.
